The folks are very knowledgeable! I contacted the offices about a general questions and the phone was answered on the first ring by a very pleasant person. I gave her a little insight into what information I was looking for and the next thing you know, without an appointment, I was speaking with Lee. He cleared up my misunderstandings, patiently educated me on the \terms\ I was using and how they are defined within the CPA world. He walked me through possible Next Steps confidently and happily referred me to someone that would be better able to address my challenges.
