Mark offered a great service from start to finish. He was quick in following up my call and had a survey and quote ready within a few days. The work itself was done very professionally and to a high standard, complying accurately with a structural engineer’s designs to enable building control sign-off, and within a short time from accepting the quote. The house was left clean and tidy afterwards and the quote proved accurate. Mark was always available to take my calls and answer questions, and kept me updated on progress and timeframes. I’ll be approaching Mark first for any future work. Would highly recommend to others.
