We regularly ordered from here and the food was always top quality pre lockdown . However, on this occasion we paid 25 for cold, tasteless food, the chicken and chips were cold and the chicken was Very very dry with no chicken on it , the overall quantity was very poor, the doner kebab was ok , nothing to shout about , it was very minimal as were the sauces. We ordered extra chips and we had to warm them in the microwave as they were cold . Overall extremely disappointing ! Was not cost effective at all , far too expensive for what they delivered. Very disappointing . Such a shame .

Very bad food quality. Very dirty facilities and kitchen. Food been thrown to the bin. When called to complain that my pizza is burnt, been told that it is \well done\. Picture of \well done\ attached. :D

I've noticed that most of the poorest reviews are the most recent & most of their best reviews are from 3 years ago: interesting... Their pizza is good, as long as you don't get too extravagant with your toppings & avoid the stuffed crust. The pizza base is usually either under- or over-cooked though. This place used to be my go-to for fried chicken & chips. For what you get, I consider the price to be ok, but I've noticed that the prices have increased and are borderline excessive. Wait times vary and there never seems to be any sense of urgency. The number of times I've received the wrong order is a bit worrying too. Where this place falls woefully short is in how seriously it DOESN'T take food hygiene & safety; a topic even more relevant during a pandemic. Surfaces are dirty (looks like they've been wiped down with an old cloth). They aren't following Covid regulations, as of 18th Nov 2020. They aren't ensuring customers wear masks. They don't encourage safe distancing. They don't wear a mask over their mouth and nose whilst in a customer-facing area. I don't care how tasty any establishment's food might be, if food hygiene, safety & workplace cleanliness isn't treated with the seriousness it deserves. Covid is the invisible cockroach that they aren't doing enough to protect from. For this reason, I won't be returning unless things improve in this regard. I've also noticed that they only seem to respond to positive reviews, which defeats the purpose of reading reviews from their perspective.
