Very dissatisfied with my purchase experience. I called to purchase a new oven and I was informed of a scratch and dent oven which I could save a little money on. When I received the oven, I realized the oven was damaged far more than scratch and dent. The structure of the door was compromised which I brought to the attention of the seller and they refunded 100 to me. They also informed me that they had called the manufacturer about the door and the manufacturer informed them the door was expensive so basically they got off cheap with the 100 refund. Then I realized the base of the oven was also structurally damaged which I had not previously realized. When I brought this to the attention of the seller, the manager stated there was nothing wrong with the oven and refused any further refund. Also they sent me the oven without the legs and I had to discover on my own, by calling the manufacturer, that the oven would not operate properly without the legs. They eventually sent the legs. All I wanted was a fair refund for the additional damage I found and they took the high road. Very dishonest.
