Having moved to a new area, my puppy stopped eating and was incredibly stressed and lethargic. At my wits end a local friend recommended going to PK's pet shop and I struck up a conversation with (I'm assuming) the owner. She was kind, helpful, knowledgeable and completely put my mind at rest. Everything she recommended my puppy absolutely loved and within an hour or two of getting home, he was completely back to himself again. I will certainly be going back and would recommend to anyone to visit - there's a great mix of things stocked.

Well stocked, fair prices and very knowledgeable staff - we had a great chat about my dog and she really knew the breed and its needs. I went in thinking i knew the right thing to get but after some advice I realised there might be a better option. This was really helpful as only had my dog two weeks so still learning about him (and the breed) - we will be back after a nap!

I shop here because it's very local and they have everything I need for my Dog or Will order in, within days and text Me. It is more expensive than the large chains but that's to be expected but there are certain brands that you can collect reward points for. The staff are usually very friendly and helpful. They don't allow dogs in anymore due to COVID and doggie accidents so shop without the dog. I do go to the large chains for my cats because i have 2 and its cheaper.
