This Chipotle is the most convenient for us, so we visit here regularly. If I remember to, I try and order online as it can get pretty busy. When you order online you don’t have to wait in line, just go right to the cashier and boom, done. Today I ran in around 5pm. Nobody there. Super fast. Parking was easy. Staff is usually courteous and helpful. I have picky eaters and it’s nice to be able to custom tailor everything, even if it’s just the basic rice, beans and cheese in a bowl. They even add extra rice or beans if asked. Restaurant is usually kept pretty tidy. We love Chipotle.

'21/1 1st time customer this location, but years long franchise customer in general: -- No disappointment here. Like other franchises, the service was quick, ingredients fresh, and generous portions. -- No drive-thru, so have to park, then walk inside to order/pickup.
They need to figure out a new way to organize there to go/mobile pick up orders. Not very efficient. But delicious food! :-)
This review is purely for the Placerville location and not for Chipotle as a company. We put in an online order for 3 items and picked it up. After getting home, only 2 of the items were in the bag so we had to drive back for 1 item. The only compensation was offered as I was walking out the door during the second trip. I was asked if I wanted a free drink which I had declined then left. I'm not if the employees are incompetent or just can't communicate with each other but this mistake should not be made. This review serves mostly as a reminder to double check your order before leaving in case it is wrong or incomplete.
I ordered online. Asked for extra everything and paid for extra meat. When I picked it up and got back home I realized there was no meat and the bowl was packed half-assed. How hard is it to read? This is the second time this has happened to me at this specific Chipotle. I'm not going to give them another chance to do it again. Freshmex right across the road would never do anything like this ever.
It was good but I've been to better Chipotle eaterys.
Ordered online, arrived to find out they were open. Their front of house was set for walk ons apparently, and they were making online orders in the back. Or more accurartely they weren't doing anything at all. Had to wait 20 minutes PAST what my ready time was, while the front line stood their stirring beans and meat to keep them fresh. One guy waited 45 minutes past his pickup time. It was a joke. Then, one of the orders wasn't right, we got home and the bowl was about half full, no rice or beans, just some meat cheese and salsa. Unreal, seriously, you got one thing to do, try and get it right. Take some pride in your work....
From the moment you arrive in this place the stuff gives you a great feeling. Very friendly hosts, it is a kind place to pass time with friends and colleagues or with your date. delightful cuisine, experienced chef, honest cost and professional service. Highly recommended.
