My boyfriend was trying to get his x-ray results and they kept transferring him to radiology, who explained to my boyfriend he had to speak with his doctor. While he was trying to look for his doctors name to ask to be transferred to him, the lady from radiology cut him off and said “okay cool, good talk” and hung up on him. So incredibly rude, nobody who works at a hospital should act this way towards patients.

Covid 19 Warning: Marshall ER is not a safe place for your loved ones. I went to visit my 81 year old mother today and found her with no face mask on. the disturbing part is she is located on the same floor with Covid patients. Literally only a few feet away with no real isolation. I had to request to have a mask placed on her.

I work at a doctors office (not Marshall) and have had several negative experiences with the hospital from a provider perspective. But I reached my breaking point today when I called the number that had left me a voicemail with the intent of responding to the voicemail. When I told the receptionist that the doctor didn’t leave her name in the voicemail, she said in a super condescending tone, “this is a hospital, if you don’t know her name I can’t help you.” And hung up on me before I could even respond. I have never been treated so disrespectfully by ANY office/hospital in my time working in the medical field. So unprofessional.

Went and had a procedure done and during the consultation the representative stated the procedure would be covered and the only out of pocket would be about 150. Bill came and was about 2300 since the diagnoses was different. Office admin of Dr. Cole in Cameron Park stated the person I talked to does not usually work there and should not have said what she did. Marshall said there is nothing they can do even though this was their mistake. Very deceiving billing and DO NOT recommend this practice.
