We stopped by there twice and ordered three bowls. String bean chicken, mushroom chicken and orange chicken. All three had almost no chicken in the bowl. Literally.. . Almost none. We thought this was just a one time thing so we stopped by again yesterday and the same thing again! We love Panda food but some this is up with this location. It's a total rip off.

Friendly clean and great tasting food
Terrible experience, common order for 2 Big Plates. I was asked to go around and park as the Terriaki Chicken would take 10 to 15 minutes. Watched 10 cars come and go, one parked this was after 13 minutes. Then a guy comes out and delivers the other cars 3 meals. I stop the guy delivering the other car's meal and inquire about my order, he says he can change it, I said No I'd like my order, after another 15 minutes I finally got my order. No apologies, just rude service. Never again, felt totally discriminated against. So sad!
The freshness looked a little questionable. The taste confirmed, it had been sitting in the warmers too long. It wasn't horrible, similar to microwaved leftovers.
i wouldn’t recommend this location at all.The staff is friendly but the food is kind of old and tasteless i had the worst orange chicken and black pepper chicken.It was seriously tasteless.The black pepper chicken was salty,even the rice was dry.Never going back to this location.
We have gone twice in the last month and had the same experience both times. If you order ahead and go to pick up your order at the time indicated, plan on waiting a long time and continually reminding them that you were waiting for them to put your order together. It seems like order ahead orders are an after thought. You might even receive an email saying your order is ready two minutes ahead of the time you had expected. Do not believe this, it is untrue. They have not thought about beginning your order. Although the drive through may be moving along and people may be coming in to order and then leaving with food, it takes several requests to get them moving on your order ahead that was "ready," according to email, 30 minutes ago. Each time you politely ask, it's like you just jogged their memory, "Oh yeah! We're making that up now." I would not leave a review like this for one off day. But 2/2 in the last month is pretty sad. They need to fix this. Previously we did not order ahead, we used drive through.
If I could give it less than1 star I would. Horrible service and food tastes bland and old.Would not recommend.
5 stars if we can eat inside like other Restaurants.
