Very nice place! Very nice people! Happy to help and even stayed open a little late for us since covid capacity had us waiting outside for a bit. Worth the wait! Very safe place to shop. :-) Grabbed a couple nice records and got put on the notification list for many more! ** Been back several times! Very fun place to flip through records! Great selection and very nice staff members!

Not that these guys are hurting for amazing reviews, haha, but uhhh... just WOW. My first experience was pretty epic. I've heard SO many great things about Plaid Room in the vinyl community, so I finally gave them a whirl. For starters, their prices are extremely competitive. The free shipping over 50 perk is very lucrative. I ordered 1 record online, and found another record I wanted a day or two later. I called the store and Sarah told me it's no problem at all. Just place another order online, and she'd refund me for the shipping on that album and pack it all together. I received my order within the next week, and WOW. Not only is their customer service top notch, but they pack records like a BOSS. Whiplash mailers, multiple layers of bubble wrap, cardboard stiffeners, the works. I seriously can't say enough good things about this place. They've earned a customer for life, and I'll gladly pay a bit extra if it means I get to buy from them :)

THIS is how small business/record shops are done! Have never been to this shop, but will absolutely be making plans to do so.. I mistakenly made an order online and checked out with “in-store pickup” as the shipping method. I emailed them once I realized the mistake asking if they could ship (I live in a different state). They responded same day saying: no problem. Records were at my door (safely packaged) within 48 hours! They also honored the free shipping! You guys are awesome.. thank you!

Had a really great time looking through records here. Online pickup was a breeze. The staff is knowledge and even knew about one of my favorite obscure bands. Nice classic record store vibe and if I'm not mistaken it's family owned. Stop in you might be surprised at what you find. Used records are not posted online incase you were wondering.

Amazing place. Both the owners helped so much. Knew exactly where every album was when asking. Helped me out to let me know if an album I was looking at online was worth the price. This is a must go to place. From two killer albums
