They were wonderful and helpful. I was able to call and dave took the time to answer all my questions over the phone. I was able to go get a new set of tires with ease of mind. Plus i got better tires then I would have at other places at a better price.

Got good deals on tires and are vary professional

had a set of tires put on last week got the truck back and drove to Dubois. Was not a good experience something was very wrong. went back to Plains and talked to David the manager. Ended up putting a new set on, there were some issues about how it all played out that i wont go into other than to say i left there not very happy. the next day I called David back and we discussed the situation long story short David and the people of plains tire in riverton showed incredible integrity and honesty in solving the situation and give them high marks for the way it was handled thanks guys I will be back

Plains will be my regular go to from now on! Friendly staff, great prices and quality work! Their alignment was perfect, my truck drives straight as an arrow now! Balancing was excellent as well, truck is nice and smooth going down the road. On top of all that, they worked after hours to finish the job! Waiting room is really nice too, with accommodations from TV and lots of seating, to coffee and water. Very satisfied!
