This is for sure the best skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility I have ever been too! As soon as I came in I feel welcomed and the place just felt so warm! The receptionist was extremely welcoming and nice and helped us with all of our needs! It is so hard to find a place nowadays where you can leave your loved ones and feel like they are gonna be taken care of. I know for a fact that I will not have to worry about that staff here! Just so much energy which is what you want! I can go on and on about how amazing this place has been for us. God really blessed us with this place and it’s not the place itself; yes it’s nice and has all those great commodities, but the staff is what makes the place so perfect! Thank you Accel staff for all you do it truly is a blessing! Thank you! -Wyatt Huffman

The community at Accel was and is exceptional! The staff was kind and caring! They were very intentional and attentive with their people. The building itself was beautiful and very clean which was very impressive. The manager was very kind and caring and expected staff to do their best so they could provide the best care. I was so impressed! Thank you Accel for everything!

The staff were wonderful, friendly, and helpful in every way. Food was never hot, sometimes ice cold. Deserts were tasty. Therapy was good, but not enough of it. The therapists were conscientious and helpful, just not enough time spent.

My mom was there for skilled nursing rehab. I would like to give it 3.5. The food was not fantastic, my mom had trouble getting what she wanted because they do an order every day and it didn’t always get registered. Also they were not diligent about her minced diet. The taste was ok mostly but they kept serving mom things she didn’t care for. The place was nice and there are a lot of involved family. We have been in 4 facilities in 3 months and this was the first where I ALWAYS encountered another family member. They did a good job scheduling and making visits safe too. Mom was starting to respond to therapy but there was a lag because it seemed they did not read the previous place’s notes. Mom felt the nurses and techs did not always communicate with each other and she had to repeat herself a lot. The tech I encountered was very caring. However mom did have a nephrolostomy tube pulled out and went to the ER and she contract COVID.

My mother was here for a little over a month for skilled nursing stroke recovery. She came here from another facility where her progress had stalled. My mother left Accel so much stronger. Our ambassadors were great communicators and even utilized FaceTime with us when we couldn't get to the window or when we needed to help mom with extra encouragement. Front desk was always available to answer a call and/or direct me to the right person. Social work facilitated mom's care including help for a dental issue that came up while she was there, helped us figure out what options to explore and advocated for her ongoing care. Therapy rocked the house. Nursing was tireless. Any hiccups (only a few) were resolved quickly and with great care. The staff never made us feel rushed on the phone and really listened to us. It is not an easy time to have a loved one go through a stroke in the middle of a pandemic. I feel very strong about this review being 5 stars because this all occurred pandemic style where we were not able to go inside to be with our mother so the care given to mom meant the world to us. The level of professionalism of each staff person is exemplary and the evidence of that is in mom's recovery. The most amazing thing is that mom left this place stronger than when she arrived and is progressing towards her goals and doing more hours of rehab than ever before! We are thrilled. Thank you Accel! You all are heroes!!!
