Our experience was outstanding with Plano Bath LLC. They came to my home and measured for a glass door and half wall. They showed me several options for instillation and made sure everything was how I wanted it before they left. I assumed it would take a while for the glass to come in and be cut, but I got a call that it was ready for installation in no time! The instillation experience was just as good as the first. They made sure everything was done perfectly, and even cleaned the glass before they left. I would recommend Plano Bath LLC to anyone and will ALWAYS use them when needed!
Just last week I brought over two kitchen cabinet doors to have seeded glass installed. In less than 24 hours, I received a call that they were ready for pickup. The doors are already installed and our kitchen looks beautiful. I'm calling today to get Plano Bath's help with a glass topper for our fireplace cabinet main shelf!
Plano Bath LLC has been our sole source for glass for about 7 - 8 years. They are the very best glass service company we have ever worked with. I have been in the remodeling business for over 20 years and Plano Bath has been a real bright spot in our operation. From order through installation they are top notch professional and focused on superior customer service.
Horrible company to deal with and I would never recommend them...paid 3k for a shower door that leaks all over the floor..after they get paid they will tel you that a shower door isn’t water proof and it should leak water everywhere...call them to come see why and they say a shower door isn’t supposed to keep out water...we are in the process of getting paperwork filed for small claims court...if you Have any questions about this company feel free to contact me
