I have recently relocated to the Richardson area and needed several things repaired on my Mercedes. I was very nervous taking my car in, but the staff was welcoming, reassuring and kept me updated through the whole process. They were thorough, fast and extremely reasonable on cost for the work. My car runs better than it has in a long time. I'm happy to say I've found my new car care place. I highly recommend Dallas European Auto.

I have had my E550 serviced (B) together with some other repairs like replacement of engine and transmission mounts; the whole experience was awesome and one of the best I have had at any auto repair shop! Amir is super friendly, patient and knowledgeable. No "upselling", if something needs to be fixed, they let you know the severity of it with no pressure. I also have an extended warranty (GWC) and they handled the communication and the transaction with the warranty company smoothly. Certainly recommended!
Amir, Cesar, Ryan, and the whole team at Dallas European Auto are the definition of exceptional customer service! Their quality of work is truly unmatched. As someone who knows nothing about car maintenance, they took the time to list and explain every detail of work that was done on my Audi. Their prices are very fair, and I never feel pressured to pay for any services that are not absolutely necessary. I have taken my car several times to them now, and they are the only shop I would trust with my vehicle! Thank you again for all of your help, you guys are so appreciated!

Nice staff, but they didn’t even bother to turn off the service light after an oil change, and they would have seen it go on when they brought me my car. So I had to go back Just to get them to turn it off. Don’t think I’d trust my car to them again. That’s a pretty basic thing to miss.
Amir was exceptional!. I have known his father for many years. Clearly he raised his son well. Amir showed extreme professionalism and courtesy which are uncommon in this day and age. Clearly a kind and skilled professional who loves cars and knows what he is doing. I brought my Bentley Continental GT for the check engine light and Amir diagnosed the issue, took care of my car and even convinced Ryan to drop the car off at my office. From start to finish an outstanding operation. I will bring my car and my wife's car there whenever we have any issues. Great job! Dr. Tony Das
I took my car to Dallas European Auto because I was terrified to drive the car I was so proud to initially buy. Everything seemed to be going wrong with it. Robert and Cesar were very kind, professional and treated me like family. They outlined everything they found wrong with my car. There was absolutely NO pressure to get everything done; just the imperative things. The price was more than fair and the work was impeccable. Will definitely go back and encourage you to take your European or Domestic car for their remarkable services. I cannot say enough good things about them! Thank you, gentlemen! Shop put in an aftermarket fan (when I specifically asked for and confirmed with them it would be OEM), broke one of the mounts on the fan and JB welded it onto the car and broke both radiator hose connections. I only found out when I took the car to another reputable shop to change the spark plugs. It's been about a year since the repair, so I know the shop will try to blame someone else. Now I will have to spend hundreds on new hoses and labor. I'm not trying to get anything here. This is just a warning to be careful when dealing with this shop. I give 2 stars cause the fan is at least still working like it should, but I feel ripped off and will have to pay to fix their shody workmanship.
