Their PT/OT staff were great. But their night nursing staff were horrendous. My wife and her roommates were often left alone even after pushing their nurse call buttons. It would typically take between 45-60 minutes for them to attend to whatever needs there were. (A lot of these patients are dealing with incontinence and would be forced to sit in their own waste for an hour). It’s totally unacceptable and demeaning. These are human beings. They are understaffed, that much is obvious. Either that or the staff they have are off playing cards or inattentive to the call system. Either way it was terrible. I would never NEVER recommend this place. EVER.

I recently had a second back surgery and after receiving exceptional care the first time Requested to be sent back directly from Baylor Uptown to Encompass Plano. The service/ care for over 12 days was just as I remembered. From the Nurses, Physical Therapist, Front Desi, Food Service, Nurses Aide, and Maintance staff were not only Professional but Caring when meeting my overall needs towards my recovery. I would not hesitate to recommend Encompass to both family and friends if ever a need arose. I am now home and continuing with home care through Encompass. Felt it was necessary to share my Second experience and if I return it would just be as a visitor,, Thank to All

This has got to be the worst service place ever! My mother-in-law is there now. It takes up to 1-2 hours to get her meds, when she's screaming in pain. The Nurses say they will be right back then they are gone for hours without returning. They let her sit without changing her for hours as well. They don't know if she's eaten or not. This is the service we get when we are there, can you imagine the service she gets when we aren't. I would never recommend this place, and as soon as we can move her we will!

If there is a zero star I would give it. The worst experience for my mother was there. They lost her dentures, came back 10 folds worse than when she get on, I will if there cameras to be able to see what they did for her. Bad place for your loved ones
