Manipulative server and terrible service!!! I went there for the first time and would never go back. I was excited to find some authentic hunan food, but the middle-aged women, i.e. the owner was taking advantage of me by basically ordering two same dishes by herself (adding one of the dish as a topping to another) then lied about it when asked later, also get the wrong order for another dish and again lied that I ordered something else. Such a surprise to find rude owner or server by manipulating the customers and making profits by doing things easy for themselves. What a shame!

Ordered to go, young man at the front register was polite and very helpful. Nice quiet family run business perhaps... Order was ready within 10 minutes, packed securely and piping hot. Containers were pleasantly deceitful, great quality and generous meat/chicken to veggie ratios. Loved my orange chicken More beef in our broccoli beef than other places. Will definitely return!

I ordered lunch on 12/2. I have eaten here before and enjoyed it. When I went to warm up my leftovers I noticed something in my egg foo young gravy. It was a roach. So now I have eaten food that had a medium size roach in it. I was sick to my stomach. They can't be doing a good job of cleaning and ensuring food is safe. I feed this to my family.
I hate to have to say this but wow... I'm disgusted with this place. Hunan taste, more like Human Waste. The chicken literally smelled like septic and ammonia. The entire dish was grey and pink and the lady there gave me trouble when I complained as if she had to do it daily. No wonder the restaurant was empty. I will be contacting the health department. This place is straight up disgusting. Like ew. Complete disgrace to hunan cuisine.
Awful awful service. Forgot part of our meal and after telling us twice they would bring it, finally told us that they straight up would not bring it to us. Don’t waste your money here. Incredibly rude.
The food from here is pretty good, some dishes are stellar and some are okay. So you need to be careful about what you decide to eat. We really like the spicy fish that comes with the noodles from here. Other dishes like their stir fried pork with mushroom or their bamboo pork are moderate to good. They started self service old Beijing style hotpot,24.95 per person recently,the flavor is very good! Also the owner was flexible and brought out some vegetables that were not already at the bar. We will definitely be going back and telling our friends about this place.
Authentic, unpretentious, delicious Hunan food. Their house made ham is out of this world, get the Hunan fried rice to enjoy the thinly sliced smoked ham but be careful not to eat too much like I do entry time I go. If you like pickles, you will love their pickled green beans and ground pork spicy stir fry. If you like cumin, get the lamb on toothpicks, and thank me later ;)
