The worst experience of my life. The doctor was rude, did not listen, stroked my face and said a pretty lady like me should not have so many issues. He went on to say no man will ever love me with all my issues. There was a student in the room was was watching the whole ordeal. I told him I had breathed black mold for 10 years. He said black mold was no big deal. He went on to ask me reasons why I had no children at my age and that god put me on this earth to have kids. I’m 53 and disabled! The exam was rough and felt abusive. He yanked down my pants and asked me what my stomach scar was. I said spinal surgery. My lungs are not on my stomach. He pulled down my pants aggressively to look at my lungs. What? The student apologized to me afterwards. I called the office manager. Told her the whole story. She said he’d done inappropriate things in an interview. Here’s the thing. I recorded it all. Appealing to the medical board. He is incompetent and inappropriate. Find someone else.

Please take a moment and read my review, before making an appointment with Dr. Sastry. My 84 year old grandmother was referred to Dr. Malladi Sastry by her PCP, the appointment was made for Friday, March 13, 2020 at 1:15 pm. My grandmother was accompanied by my brother and aunt to be able to translate for her. They arrived on time. They were roomed by the MA and vitals were taken. An hour had gone past before Dr. Sastry entered the room, grandmother was asleep at this time on her wheelchair. Dr. Sastry started to ask questions and at the same time as he was talking he notice that my grandmother was napping and he had the audacity to pull on her AMPUTATED leg. After that everything went down hill from there. The referral paperwork wasn’t in order and Dr. Satry snapped and stated “You are wasting my time, I am a specialist” this was directed to my family. Note: It is not the patients fault that the referral wasn’t faxed or that the appointment was made before assuring everything was in order. Then he commented on my brothers speech, that he talked to slow. Dr. Sastry voice started racing, getting louder and his eyes popped out of his face -Per my grandmother. She was very scared. My brother also noted that he was screaming at his staff and being completely rude to them. At the end my brother said that it was okay, that they would make another appointment at another time, that there was no need for the rudeness. As a health care worker and working in the medical field this is very unacceptable. I work with many doctors and never experience this type of behavior with a health professional. Truthfully, this makes me very sad. If you don’t like your job don’t do it! You think your better than everyone else because you are a “specialist”? You are not. Your character speaks. I do NOT recommend this doctor. Awful person inside out.

My experience was very good. Everyone in the doctors office was so kind and thoughtful. Dr. explained everything so that I could understand it. If ever I need to recommend them to someone else .

He always do right thing for patient, Patience Care is always #1 priority, The amount of depth of patient history he collects (Many young doctors need to learn from it, He is true inspiration for all young physicians), documenting all his notes put in the system about Patience History is above and beyond patient care. The way he explain patient health problem or condition is simply genius. He is been our family doctor past 6 years. His office staff is always AMAZING, Organized and helpful as much as possible. I would highly recommend Dr.Sastry Thank you
