I was delighted with the service I received from Mr. Antonio Romero on 02/05/21. Antonio was extremely courteous and helpful. It is rare to see someone so professional and respectful, such as Mr. Romero, now a days. I brought in my car for a couple of recalls, Antonio went an extra mile to check if I had dent protection on my car, as I had a small dent on the passenger side. The car was taken care of the same day, and the whole experience was amazing! Thank you Antonio!

I didn’t plan to drive home with a new LEXUS! My experience at Park Place Lexus Plano was amazing from the beginning. John was very kind, friendly and knowledgeable. He wasn’t pushy at all. Bayer was knowledgeable about the car as well, and he was patient and helpful throughout the entire process. John and Bayer went beyond and above at every step to ensure that I found exactly what I was looking for. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a car, and the customer service at the dealership is luxurious and top notch!
Wonderful experience. I’m from out of state and Doug Burton helped me get a year old used car. He was tremendous. He was available when I needed him, but didn’t over communicate. Once we settled on the car, he walked me through the out of state purchase process and it was very simple. I never left my house! Call Doug.
It was a very smooth and pleasant experience buying our new Lexus RX-350 from Park Place Lexus. Gabriel Delgado Sales Manager made this happen in just few hours. We were not serous about buying on that day but because of Mr. Gabriel we traded our old RX350 and bought a new one. Our Lexus buying experience is much better than the past one. Great Job Gabriel.
