I had 2 small windows to fix. Front door window that i damaged and small kitchen window that was cracked by tree branch after storm. The service technician ordered the wrong glass replacements. Forgot several appointment times to fix. That was late July, now it's November. They were going to give my deposit back, and that has not happened either.
