The professionalism of Dr. Ta and her staff on yesterday was AMAZING! The office manager was very patient and kind. I highly recommend Dr. Ta for your OB needs. She was very thorough and took her time explaining the process. The front desk staff was also very courteous and respectful. We will be having surgery completed by Dr. Ta in the near future. Thank you all for your kindness and support!!

I was reffered to this Dr. through a family member, however my experience is not what my relative had raved about. I was early in my pregnancy and I started bleeding I went to the hospital and was told I was having a threatened abortion and that I needed to follow up with my OBGYN. So I called Dr. Ta's office and they assured me I'd get a call by the end of the day and that I needed to bring in my medical records from the hospital. Dr Ta never called me didnt look at my discharge papers from the hospital. A day after that I miscarried and I was still going to have to go back to this Dr. for my miscarriage follow up. The nurses ansering the phones were very rude and insensitive. They also lied to me about the dr calling because apparently she was only in the office on MOnday, Wednesday, and only till 12 on Fridays. I even had the nurse hang up on me when I asked to confirm my follow up appt. Long story short I will not be continuing to see this dr, they did not listen to my concerns and when I finally met the dr she hadnt even looked at my discharge papers and I gave her my copy to look over. Oh and I arrived at 2:45, 30 minutes before my appt and waited over an hour and a half to get into the back and still had to wait some more to only speak to dr for 10-15 minutes tops. The nurse claimed I blammed them for my miscarriage, because I was upset no one had called me back after my first hospital visit, how insensitive of them... There were hardly any patients. Horrible experience with my first pregnancy at this dr's office.
