I can't speak for other Carrabba's restaurants but this one clearly does not enforce 6 foot distancing. Last night there were at least 20 customers packed like sardines into one corner of the restaurant and easily less than 6 feet between tables. I'm not phobic about covid but for those who are careful about it, be prepared to ask for your favorite seat at the opposite side of the building. As for the food, I asked for extra spicy marinara sauce and it had no kick whatsoever. Calamari was excellent, salmon was excellent. Overall an okay experience. 3 stars.... but more heat in the marinara would easily add another star.

What a comfortable experience. Sylvia, our server, was so patient with my sister and I catching up, without rushing us. We never had to look for her or flag her down either, she anticipated our needs. So refreshing for those of us that don’t go out much lately. The burrata appetizer was delicious and my ravioli as well. The famous chicken soup was to die for and I took the rest home. Go. Support.
I always really love going to Carabbas. Just.... maybe not this restaurant. I don’t like that they give you dirty utensils/plates. I really don’t like how they char the food so much that it is burnt. There is no reason to ruin a perfectly good chicken breast. Other than those two things, I really enjoy the restaurant..... but those two things I feel really set the tone for what people can and cannot order. Nobody wants dirty utensils and burnt food.
For the most part, the food was very good. It was either me or the lady seating me and when I asked her if a Booth was available she said, Yes! The next thing was she took me to a Table instead of a Booth! I reinterated that I had asked for a Booth and she responded that this is a Booth! I just stood there for a second and then informed her that this was a Table not a Booth. Her next response was, OH I'm sorry, did you want a Booth! I thought to myself, what is this communication about! Very simple! I wanted a Booth! I had Surgery a few months ago from a broken Back and explained to her that I would prefer a padded Back support. Finally I showed her what I wanted and ask if we could move 10 feet and be seated in the Booth. Needless to say, I did get a Booth. I never understood what was so complicated about my request. Anyhow, my Waitress showed up and asked me what I would like to Drink! I asked for a Raspberry Iced Tea! \Unsweetened \! Sweet and low on the side! She repeated my order, departed and returned a few minutes later. Needless to say, my Iced Tea was very sweet! No Sweet and Low on the side! Never did see it! I did ask for a second Ice Tea and of course it was sweet too. All I could think about was, is it me or was this a bad choice for Dinner ! I gave up on asking any questions and I have to say that the Food was good! I did get a food container to go and informed the Waitress that I couldn't show up to my Car without a treat for my Yorkie. It would ruin my day!
Food tasted delicious and was hot. Utensils were clean. Waitress was ok and very helpful in making selection. Checked in for Reservation at 7pm and got 12 different meals at 815pm. Not too bad. Clean environment; alcohol is consumed on these premises. Garlic mashed potatoes, fries and steak were on point.
