Wonderful iced coffee and the 2 "Dunkin to go" egg and cheese wraps for only 2 is a deal that no one should pass up. It costs more than 2 to buy eggs and cheese at the store :-) definitely worth stopping by. And a shout out to Jamie for her great customer service _

Just had the worse experience here. I ordered 4 wraps and 2 bagels with cream cheese. There was a guy who came after me and ordered a bagel with cream cheese. While I was waiting for the food, the shift Leader, Hailey took a bagel out of our bag and gave it to the guy that came in after we did. We had already been waiting a while and now had to wait even longer. I couldn’t believe she did that. We came before him and the bagel was in our bag why would she do that! On top of that this is how they made the new bagel. I won’t be coming back to this Dunkin ever again.
3 out of 5 times the order will be correct which is not that bad I guess.... but it makes it 100 times worse when the staff is RUDE AF. I went on one ocasión & didn’t feel like seeing the rude face of one employee in particular (dark brown hair lays in a ponytail ) so I just dumped my 2 drinks & went to Starbucks where I was treated correctly! It was worth it
Went in soo excited cause my niece is a decorator @ a Miami D.D. and had been seeing all her posts, well didn't find anything compared to her store but we got Halloween donuts.. Last 4 pics her stores assortment
Bad service. Messed up my order 4 times. Manager glared at me as she gave me a partial refund and walked off without a word. Save your time and money. Go somewhere else.

Sep 19 came early in the morning just to get my coffee, as I normally do,, payed with a 50 dollar bill Register girl had accidentally click exact change, She had no idea how to count was giving me the wrong change. I ask for a receipt they didn't gave me one , so I. Can be able to do a survey online.. Not to mention she never took her gloves off. And kept putting the coffee lids to customer. I had to ask her for a new lid Poor Customer Service ..
