WARNING STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They will STILL and LIED every time they have a chance. Norman, Kim and Landon are the worst brokers I ever deal with. I got a load on December 15 from them with 3 deliveries. Truck got to the first drop and they did not want to take their 5 pallets because the mangoes were to small. Truck was there for several hours. Then the receiver said they would not take it because one pallet was leaning and the bottom cases were crush. That's when everything started, the broker that I booked the load with never answer his phone again. I had to start dealing with the criminals ( NORMAN and LANDON) They told me to go to second drop and they were going to fix that pallet. They took their product and the mangoes out. They only wrap a little bit the pallet and put it back on the truck. Bottom cases still all broke. I let them know and they said JUST DRIVE SLOW. Well the pallet felt down. We went back and forth all around Maryland and New Jersey trying to get ready of those mangoes. Norman always told me not to worry, we will be compensated and that it wasn't our fault. We had those 5 pallets for 6 days on the truck. At the end we only got 700.00 on the top of the 3300.00 load in the updated rate confirmation. They said it was for the extra miles and stops and their client wasn't going to pay for layover. On the top off that we got stock with all those mangoes in the truck. He told me to dispose it. Now 2 months later Norman said there was a claim and he's not paying the 4000.00 load. He just told me that the driver should watch the pallets before he got loaded and tell the shipper not to make those pallets too high. The funny thing is that a year ago those guys stole 700.00 dollars from us on another load and we were stupid enough to do business with them again. If you don't want to get rip off, don't do business with them. This is real, look all the bad reviews they have. It's a shame they have those brokers working for them on that company.

Had a Patterson employee run over and damaged our reflector pole at our rest stop, and he showed no issue or problems with it. I called Florida highway patrol on the driver but he took off before they can get here.
STAY AWAY!!! They still from carriers. They stole 4000.00 from me. Very dishonest people. If you had a problem with this people in the past and they owed you money let me know. I’m talking to a lawyer and he said we can file a lawsuit together.
Patterson Companies is awful to haul loads for in every way. Almost every single invoice we sent in, they had a reason for deductions. They give comcheks for the lumpers but charge you 25 for each one. When they say they are going to do something, they do not. When you contact anyone in the office, they are rude. Terrible Terrible work ethic and business motto to always take money from the carriers at any turn is disgusting.
Patterson Companies is a great company. I am an owner-operator and have been contracting with the Plant City office for 10 years. They pay on time, have great communication. They are always helpful when you get stuck somewhere by communicating with shippers and receivers. Patterson pays better than anyone else around.
