My husband bought a truck from this dealership. We started having issues with the motor. Come to find out the motor was switched out. But on the car fax when he bought it it said it was the original. So basically they're not Truthful and selling lemons. About to get our selves a lawyer. We were lied to. The motor has spray paint marks indicating its not the original. And this company needs to be shutdown for that. So much stuff was switched out of our truck its not even funny. Extremely disappointed in this company and how much money its cost us. 600. In payments every month and we've put so much money into this truck. Do not buy from this company you will regret it! Plus we had work done to our truck and the motor had YELLOW writing. We all know what that means. They lied on our car fax. The motor was DEFINITELY changed out. When the car fax did not say it. Crooked company! Were so disappointed about the lies they sold us.

Amazing place. Mine and my wife have challenged credit and we were able to be approved for 2 vehicles, low interest and low monthly payments for both. They really work hard to get you into the vehicle you need and/or want. We really appreciate these guys!

The owner gave me great customer service, was extremely informative and willing to work with all forms of credit as long as you can prove that you can afford the vehicle which is amazing because it goes against most other car dealers ideas on how to treat customers most are not willing to work with people and he gave me a formal and Prussian that was above and beyond reproach and I really greatly appreciated it and will be purchasing a vehicle through them very shortly and will also revise this review with the full experience immediately afterwards thank you again Universal Auto Sales, you guys are great and I look forward to doing Business with you in the near future!!
