Overall good. Service and communcation needs to be improved a bit. The ghosts kept moving my carts and taking things out of my cart lmao

The Plant City Walmart is always bare (even pre covid). The refrigerators/freezers are always broken and the food looks iffy. I drive to the lakeland ones instead for food.

No one wears masks. Employees or customers. It's always crowded and the normal wait to check out can be 15 to 45 minutes. I have waited that long on many occasions. If there were a closer location I would go to it but there's not. I was shopping one evening and I had a cart full brimming over the top. I was approached by an employee advising all shoppers that they were closing at 8 pm that night (it was 7:50pm when I was approached). I was told to just leave my cart that I could not check out. Needless to say I was furious. I had spent 2 hours in there to go home empty handed. Go somewhere else. Run. Don't look back!

I shop in the mornings 8am not many people. I do hate how there's only two check out lines that are open or nothing at all. An the self checkout only take cards. No cash. I give one star I only shop there If I NEED anything. An half the time they don't have what you came in to look for or get.
