They were amazing! I went to another jeweler originally (right across the street) for a chain and nameplate for my daughter and when I went to pick up I was so disappointed in the name plate they gave me. It was super thin and already looked slightly bent. I asked the girls working there about it and why it was so thin and they said that’s the only size it comes in. I paid a lot and don’t mind paying for what I want but was left so unhappy. I decided I would never be back. Then in went to Your Family Jeweler a couple days later to see what could be done. They were amazing and ordered me the same exact one but it was so much thicker. I was told that you can choose the thickness you’d like while the other place told me that’s all I could get. I was more than happy to pay for what I wanted and they were so nice and gave me a good deal. I was able to pay with Apple Pay and it was so convenient and they were so quick. This is my new jewelry spot and I am telling everyone how AMAZING they were. Beautiful nameplate and the jewelry there is super nice too.

I dropped my engagement ring off to be resized and the prongs on one of the diamonds to be fixed. Very fair pricing and high quality work! They had my ring ready the next day and it is beautiful. I highly recommend them and I will be purchasing and having all my jewelry repaired from them from now on.

Great service, Friendly care! went to Your Family Jeweler with a locket I've had for 16 years but haven't been able to wear for a while due to some damage. Ten minutes and the clasp was repaired and the neck was replaced for soo cheap! This was a big deal for me but that didn't matter because you can tell they cared no matter how simple it was! Thank you!!

I can honestly say I will never ever go to another jewelry store but YOUR FAMILY JEWELER!! I have been coming here for years and the owner before Mike was great also! Mike is a great guy he’s an honest caring, compassionate guy who will not pressure you to make a sale!! You get quality jewelry for a great price, and you will walk away VERY HAPPY!!! Then, we return again and again and again! My five-year-old Granddaughter loves to go to YOUR FAMILY JEWELER because as she tells me “DIAMONDS ARE A GIRL’S BEST FRIEND” AWESOME BEAUTIFUL JEWELRY!!
