I frequent this Red Lobster often and I typically don't go out on Valentine's Day, but we figured we would order online... 6:57 pm is when the order was placed. As I type this, I'm still waiting for my order that was supposed to be ready at 8:30pm. The outdoor staff was running from car to car. Not sure what was going on in the kitchen. You all must to better. Especially on one of the biggest day of the year. Never coming back on Valentine's Day.

Myself and family went to the plantation location it was my first time the food was delicious appealing to the eyes the only issue we had was with the server her body language and tone was a turn off she literally just tossed down our food on the table we didn't try to make a big deal of the server cauz we didn't want to spoil the evening pity I don't remember her name oh I had the salmon new Orleans green beans

First time, since there aren't any in Montreal. The biscuits melt in your mouth. They are a must. Mix of sweet, salty and warmy goodness. Overall service was good, forgot our side dish but quickly rectified the situation. Management made turns of all the tables checking in. Which is always appreciated. We had a fisher medley which included crab, lobster, two varieties of shrimps and a choice of two sides. Massive eish. Not the freshiest seafood I've eaten. The crab was very dry, making it hard to extract fir its shekk. But all in all a satisfying meal. Would definitely give it another try. Parking on site, no reservations needed.
