Happy with the services that were provided to me Great Doctor “Dr.Rosa and staff made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions. There was no wait time, office very Clean and Sanitize from entrance to exit. Need more doctor offices like this place. Customer service is the key!

Dr Rosa was very nice and helpful however I wish the receptionist would wear her mask over her nose. I am being very careful going to appointments during this pandemic and disappointed that healthcare professionals are not wearing masks correctly. I also wish doctor offices would be let patients film their ultrasound since my poor husband is unable to attend any appointments with me due to the pandemic and service did not work in the office so I was unable to video chat him during the appointment. All these issues make a happy time stressful. Please consider pregnant women are very emotional and appointments like this are hard on us doing it alone without our partners.

I really love going here. Dr. Rosa and his team are excellent! From the front desk person, to the medical assistant, to the nutritionist, to the ultrasound technician, they all are so wonderful! Dr. Rosa takes the time to listen to your concerns and educates you. The ultrasounds are so clear and accurate and every time I go here, I get a sense of security. Thank you for all that you do.

I asked the lady in charge to verify if the abnormalities test is covered under my insurance. I asked twice and was told yes both times that it was covered under mine. What a rip off. Don't come here. They just want your money. Now I have to pay 929.14 because they lied to me to make money.

I want to state that my review is strictly based on the state of the world right now, and that I didn't even get to meet the doctor. Right off the bat, the chairs in the waiting room are very on top of eachother with none of them roped off to ensure 6 feet distance between patients. They do temperature checks, but you have to wait about 10 minutes for your temp check, and while a woman was waiting for hers she removed her mask twice to drink from her water bottle. There were several women behind the front desk, one wearing her mask under her nose. In the hallway, there are several offices, and when walking past one with the door wide open, a woman was working at her desk with no mask on at all. This is a HIGH RISK PREGNANCY doctors office, where Covid is not being taken seriously.
