Good customer service - responsive to e-mails and friendly. Genuinely impressed by the attention to detail in the design of the crates I purchased - sturdy design, handy window to drop a contents card in, fit perfectly through the loft hatch, stack well both full and empty and a decent size to put things in. Would recommend both company and product.

What terrible service, please please don't use this company. Product send was faulty and could have caused serious injury or worse but the Director rang me following my request to return for a refund (of only 68!!!) and was argumentative and abusive. He suggested I used it until someone was injured or killed! Then he might consider a refund!!!! Perhaps they are struggling financially which is a shame, but they should treat their customers better.
