Facility smells like rotten food. Will never do business with again.
Did not have any major problems with the move. The new apartment was clean and ready to move in .There was only two issues that had to be dealt with one of them has since been corrected. My neighbors were a great help. It is nice to know that there are those who are willing to help when needed. In turn I made sure that my old apartment was clean and ready for management to inspect.
Working with James has been A breeze, I highly recommend Platinum Real Estate Group for managing your investment property. They are quick to respond and gave always steer us straight.
I have been a tenant with Platinum for 2.5 years and they are by far the best property management company I've leased with. Maintence requests are resolved with a day or so and the staff is very easy to reach. I would highly recommend!
