Caixa Bank is a great Bank, services are good and they have good deals for their costumers. However this particular brunch in Playa Blanca is a real mess!!! There is always a long waiting before you get to speak to an employ. They never pick up the phone! The Director actually lied to me about a service that suppose to be free. Please if anyone in charge for costumer service read this, do something otherwise you will keep loosing costumers!!! Thanks and good by!!!

Super slow!!!! Only 2 tables wit 2 but sometimes only 1 clerk and the min what you have to wait is 1/2 hour. Eaaven if there are on few people. I have a bar and when i wanted to deposit my coins into my account they sayid i have to pay 6 and its min 10 days becouse they will send it out where they count it and after upload to my account.... This is unacceptable i have to pay if is want to keep my monde in MY BANK, and its takes 10 days.... If you want to open an accout pick an orher bank.
la atención deja mucho que desear, cada vez que voy siempre me atienden queriendo terminar rápido, sin explicarme las cosas, atendiendo a sus amigos por teléfono a la vez de atenderte en mesa... siempre que voy por alguna duda salgo descontenta, sin tener toda la información ,sobre todo con una chica morena de pelo corto, en fin, acabare cambiándome de banco, será lo mejor.
No se para que sirve la oficina en Playa Blanca no te ayudan de nada la unica respuesta\tienes cita?\ y todo tienes que hacer por internet en la pagina de caixa.Para que entonces estan ustedes ?????

La ragazza che era al telefono molto disponibile molto brava molto educata mi ha spiegato quando mi arrivava la carta di debito una professionalità abbastanza buona per una banca del genere che è molto avanzata.
