Pictures are misleading, it looks completely different. The main pool room is echoing extremely badly due to the dome ceiling which makes it really uncomfortable. Also, there are no plants and only a couple of cheap plastic chairs. You don’t get any water to drink. The ice dispenser is out of order. They prohibited to use the changing room showers but for some reason I don’t understand they let you use the showers beside the sauna. The lights in the sauna kept switching on and off like in some horror movie. The steam room looked in desperate need of refurbishment. All the water jets in the pool were not powerful enough and kept switching off after 30 seconds. There was at no point a relaxing atmosphere for us which should be standard for a premium SPA. Only one good thing is that the personal was friendly and residents get a discount.
