Great place for my 20 months boy. Great selection of play grounds including soft climb, slides, ball pits etc. It is also clean tidy and relax. You can have your own tea coffee, also serve foods for kids and adult too at reasonable price. Parking is right outside so it was handy. I expect the place to be extremely busy at weekends but on my weekday visit it was nice and quiet. Also if your child is under 3 they should be supervised as some of the climb is fairly high.

Fab play centre. Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful, really on top of everything. Quick service and reasonably priced food. My little one had chucked food on the floor that he didn't want and the staff helped clean it up and were really understanding. The soft play area itself is great and a good size, you can let your little one roam and keep an eye without having to chase them down. We're already looking forward to our next visit.
I would like to say a big thank you for today. We booked a party for our grandaughter's birthday party. She and all her friends had an amazing time. I would like to say as big thank you to Emma who hosted the party. She was very helpful and very good at hosting party. Also to say that the food that the party had was excellent such a nice variety plenty for the children to choose from. I would definitely be recommending this place after today experience. Very helpful staff and plenty for the children to do.
Kids always have loads of fun. Nice setup which makes it easier to keep tabs on where the kids are. The only reason I have a star off is due to parking always being an issue and the men's toilet being broken and not really daddy/daughter friendly. Still a good softplay.
Fantastic place for kids to run off energy. Take kids here alot. Just booked a party too for my daughter. Also food is lovely. Reasonably priced!
Free food. Don’t worry about taking lunch. There will be enough food to feed an army in the side of the sofas and it wasn’t from today I can tell you that. This place has the potential to be great but its just out of control. No control on older children playing in the toddler section. I know it’s hard to police but some presence from staff in the play area would be good. I would recommend some spare clothes as it was filthy when we went. I’m guessing it’s not cleaned in the day as we saw nobody clean at all. So don’t go in the afternoon like we did. Oh and it gets busy. Real busy. We had to park in the industrial part and walk up.
I wouldn't recommend Playdays unless you are no more than 4ft tall and stick thin! There are signs in there saying it is your responsibility to keep your child safe yet there is no way for an adult to fit through the smallest of gaps hence my son (4 years old) ended up hurting himself because I could not get up to the top to check he was going down the slide ok. He ended up crashing into an adult at the bottom of the slide and sprained his ankle. The only positive I could find is that the food was good.
My little girl likes coming to the soft play but to be honest, we don't go a lot. You do end up spending quite a bit (especially on 2 or more kids), but if they're having a good time, it's ok for once every now and again. Parking is a issue so I made sure I was there for when they opened at 09:30 (on a Saturday). Getting a table can also be tricky so getting there early also helps with that. I have had a few occasions over the years where I've had to sit on the floor as there was no space. Unfortunately there aren't any other soft play areas as JJ's closed a few years ago. We used to live in Reading and for some reason, there are about 5-6 soft play areas to choose from there so not entirely sure why it's so unpopular here in Basingstoke. All in all, the service was good and the drinks were nice so everyone was happy.
