Omg, This company is working on a really really poor service. The pocket Wi-Fi speed is super slow or some time is NOT working and the refund policy also worst. If you need wifi or internet just go cafe or make a prepaid phone at SK Telecom. It’ll make your life easy. And customer service representatives Ms. Choi and Ms. Ma doesn’t want to help people. Thank you Choi and Ma. Have a good trip guys!

DO NOT USE THIS RENTAL. ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH. Would not recommend visitors renting wi-fi devices here. Speed is slow and the device battery won't last for six hours. Phone call received after making a formal complaint during which I was asked to produce photos of the wi-fi device. This was not possible as no photos were taken. They simply advised nothing they could do as there is no evidence of faults. Apparently they don't accept the receipt in my email account. Bad service, bad quality and bad customer assistance. Hope this review helps others visiting Sth Korea so I can prevent them from pulling their hair out just like what I had done.

Good. I would recommend they should put their brand's name much bigger than now. At first, I couldnt figure out where the PlAYWiFi is located in this. Anyway, I love this Wifi! Highly Recommend!

Buying sim cards from here was the absolute worst decision. They gave both me & my travelling partner faulty cards. I managed to get mine replaced on the day but, the other one was appearing to work while at the airport & it wasn't until we left that it just refused to be useful. Numerous calls and emails later, nothing was resolved because we just kept being told to bring it back to the airport or Seoul station...both of which we were hours away from. Hugely inconvenient being left with a useless sim card we paid 60AUD for. Finally, on the last day, brought it back to the airport. As the desk staff weren't great at English, they phoned another worker who I think helped swap my card over on day 1. She was so needlessly rude! Awful service. Eventually, they asked for my email address to sort out a refund but surprise surprise, no email ever came. I honestly hate how much time we had to waste dealing with this mess of a company. Plus, none of the maps or locations are correct, spent ages trying to find the booth in the first place. It doesn't look like the one in the photo gallery anymore. TLDR: Huge rip off with poor staff service. Avoid at all costs.
