Plaza tire is a great place to get tires. Customer service is exceptional, and I really appreciate it! Kelly (the gentleman working the counter) is very helpful and knowledgeable. It’s good to know there are still businesses today that take care of their customers.

Droped the truck off this morning at 7 AM for tire rotation and balance, also asked for them to check condition of brakes. They called back within an hour and a half saying that the rear brakes needed replacing. They were able to do all services needed and had the truck ready for me when I got there at noon to pick it up. Very prompt and courteous service.

I have never been to this place besides today. The staff were extremely friendly. I called all over trying to get one tire on my car fixed. Every other place was booked and were not that friendly over the phone. I call this place and am told to bring my car in. It took them 25 minutes to get my new tire on. They are the best and will definitely be going back in the future. Also this is the one on Irvin Cobb drive.
