Jeanette is once again very cordial, thorough, professional and able to keep up with me mentally lol. That brings me to my next comment, actually a service request for your service intake bay. I'm easily distracted and couldn't help but notice one of the overhead lights RAPIDLY FLICKERING. Please replace that asap. Such a constant distraction to have to work in. My service consultant, David Scott, is the best! I was hesitant to send my new NX300 for it's first time service on 06/26/20, not only because of very low mileage, but also because of the COVID-19 pandemic. I just want to say that Davis is the man. When I first met David, I felt nothing but positive energy. He followed the protocol of social distancing and was wearing a face mask at all times and provided hand sanitizer to me after I signed papers. It made me feel safe and comfortable with this dealership. David is so friendly, polite, and professional. We were able to talk like we were old pals.
