Catherine Sanchez was so helpful, we went back and forth a MILLION times because I had lots of questions and was price comparing with 3 other companies. She was knowledgeable, professional, and patient every step of the way. And I'm saving almost 1500/yr now compared to what I was paying before, still with generous coverage by reputable insurers.

Yes they will do the shopping for your to get the cheapest rate, but at this time I am having issues with the fact that they never added my husbands truck so the bank is adding \their insurance\. I had to stop what I was doing to go up to the office so that they could make a copy of the bill of sale to prove we had possession of the vehicle and to have insurance. I do not like paying for a service when I am not receiving the full benefits that I am paying for. I chose them to handle my insurance needs and be able to be the liaison between myself and other entities when it comes to my insurance. Although each issue that occurs (we have had some) I feel I am doing more and more of the work... Not very thrilled at this moment.

After four years of doing business with Plemons Insurance Agency, I am heartbroken that our business relationship has come to an end. As an LGBT American, I will NOT spend my money with any business who supports the GOP & religious right agenda. Through a series of anti-immigrant, pro-gun, pro-NRA Facebook posts by Dede Plemons who is owner of the agency, I discovered their conservative views. As an LGBT person, I prefer to spend my hard-earned money with businesses who have an unyielding commitment to equality for all people regardless of their backgrounds. So, after four years and more than 20K of insurance purchased through Plemons Agency, I had to take my business elsewhere. Please find an insurance agent who is aligned with your values and beliefs. The insurance industry is very competitive, and you deserve the best agent, with the best service, who shares your values.
