We booked accommodation at a very high daily rate.. Accommodation was fair and well placed. However cleaning services could not be provided and accommodation bureau applied draconian rules to a smoker in our party advising they could not smoke on a balcony, but rather had to leave the property and cross the street!
We had an excellent experience with the Accommodation Bureau in Plett last week and so they deserve to be acknowledged for their effort. In brief, Irene and Venita went beyond providing a professional and efficient service. It was such a pleasure dealing with them. Prior to booking our holiday accommodation, when we enquired about construction work taking place in in the vicinity, they went and took photos of work in progress to enable us to make an informed decision. They responded to plenty of emails so that the house we eventually booked was perfect for our family. A few days into our stay, when we requested a heater during a cold spell, much to our amazement, one was delivered within a couple of hours! In every respect, the service provided by the Accommodation Bureau was outstanding. We are so thankful to Irene and Venita for the special family holiday we enjoyed.
What a pleasure dealing with Accommodation Bureau. They are definitely the only agency to use in Plett. They really do go the extra mile.
Dear Irene, May an I have been in the apartment from 28 September till 8 Oktober. We were as guest from David and Bea Wallace. We experienced the apartment as very old fashioned and not been taken care of as it should be. The cooking system was burned on the sides. YThere was no iron in there to iron your clothes, the cabinets were from very cheap quality and were inside wet, and a lot of things which we not liked as it was that good. We would not choose this apartment again. Best regards May & Guus

I can honestly say that I have had the most amazing experience with the Accommodation Bureau. The staff went out of their way to make sure that our young Plett Rage boys from Parel Vallei High School were sorted out in every way. The bus arrived late but even so there were highly efficient plans in place to ensure that keys were collected. The boys said they had the best place by far in the Beacon Isle Apartments and the service and honesty of the domestic staff was awesome. I was also pleasantly surprised at how quickly the breakage deposit was refunded. Thanks to everyone for being so helpful in what is a very stressful time for us parents.
