Simple sim purchase. After returning to store twice because of 'problem with system', standing in queues...only to be given incorrect information. Returned to store and again, after waiting and calling I turned to FB for a solution. Promises to call me back didn't happen.

First order of business for a telephone company is to answer your phones. After multiple attempts the phone was answered two weeks later. The excuse is that they are busy! No apology saying "I'm sorry this happened, but how can I help you now?" It was like it we are busy ...then tough.... that's it. This is the second time I have not been able to successfully do what I have set out to do through this branch. The first time I eventually went to Port Elizabeth and with the same information submitted, it was done no problem. Looks like I am going to have to do that again.
