Held a room for 2 nights...called back to make payment but needed the room for only one night and the lady refused to make a booking for just one night one person. Business traveler now left without accommodation in a rural area after the hotel had held him a room. Extremely poor service - only interested in money. In her words 'I wouldn't waste a room for one night for a single person when I can sell the room for 2 or 3 nights' This may be true but not when we had held the room and Business plans had changed, and NOT a way to speak to a customer (worldwide travel agency who are looking to book this area often) so unknowingly this accommodation has lost A LOT of future business.
