We used Ploutos for all our flooring needs and most of our tile for a new house build in Vancouver. I am sure that any other company probably could have provided what we needed but those companies would not have Ivana on the front lines! She was with us every step of the way and smoothed over any and all obstacles to getting our project done on time and with a minimum of fuss. We would not hesitate to use her services (and Ploutos) again. Thank-you Ivana!

Love this place. Front desk staff is very friendly. Natallia is the best and helps with everything everytime. If they don't have it, they will find it. Cannot beat their prices and their service. I dont even bother looking elsewhere.
People should be aware that this company employs shady subcontractors. The work performed is mediocre, at best. Eddie refuses to address issues and has a condescending and dismissive attitude - unfit for business. The receptionist is great, but as an organization, I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone if they paid me. Another company that only cares about getting paid.
