Plumb-Rite Plumbing & Heating helped us with several projects this summer, including our outdoor shower and our kitchen renovation. We were gc-ing our kitchen project, which, due to our lack of experience, turned out to be very challenging for us, but Plumb-Rite came through for us every step of the way! Number 1, they actually pick up the phone. Number 2, Ron V., head of dispatching, has the most wonderful disposition, and worked us into the schedule very efficiently every time we called (which was often since we kept running into unexpected problems and needed to Plumb-Rite to come back). Number 3, the Plumb-Rite technicians showed up when Ron said they would, and were thoroughly knowledgeable, professional and courteous. 4. Their pricing was totally reasonable. I will sum this review up by saying that my code name for this wonderful company goes a step beyond their actual name. They are not just Plumb-Rite, they are PLUMB-TASTIC!

I was very satisfied with their service!! Our hot water tank stopped working? Luckily Plumb Rite was able to get a service guy to us right away and we were back up and running that same day. We now use them exclusively for all of our new construction projects. Some of the cleanest work I've seen in many years, I would highly recommend !

Chose to go with them because I'm a staunch small business supporter and company is highly reviewed on Google. Truly baffled that I called yesterday, this morning and this afternoon and have not heard back from 1 technician to even set up today, tomorrow, next week or whatever. I understand tech's are busy but a Tom called this morning, after I called for a second instance this morning, and stated a tech would call back and be out possibly late this afternoon. Confirmed my call back number and its been zilch all day. Truly saddened to even have to write this....
