James Installed Halo total home water softener system. He was professional, friendly and did a great job on the soft water system installation, in addition to fixing our leaky toilet. He was knowledgeable and explained everything to our satisfaction. We will definitely request James when we need to call Plumbline. We were a new client. It was 5 degrees outside on a Friday in December, 2016. I was leaving for Thailand on business the next day and our heater failed. My wife shivered through the night as the temperature in the house plummeted to 37 degrees. With day break on Saturday, Plumb Line was on site and worked over the weekend to install a new Carrier heater that is fabulous. It is now September 2017 and we are selling our house. There was a buyer objection regarding the sewer connection that had to be resolved within 48 hours. Plumb Line did the analysis, scope and repair within 24 hours headed by Faran and his capability team. They are awesome. You were would be wise to select them as your go to team.

Dominic was prompt, professional, HONEST, and courteous! I enquired about a water heater service. He let me know that our water heater 15 years old and that our money would be better spent on a new water heater. No charge for an unnecessary service. The repair I needed took no time at all! The representative (Bobby)showed up on time and communicated with me before the appointment so I knew when he was coming. Upon arrival he was very friendly and professional. He started by giving me alot of advice on different tips to keep my system running most efficiently. He then went to work on inspecting my system. He spent over an hour inside of my heating system and took dozens of photos. Upon completion he provided me with a very detailed breakdown of the status of my system and took time to answer all of my questions. I was very impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and friendliness. I will absolutely use Plumbline in the future and would highly recommend them to friends and family! Thank you Bobby!
