The service from Plumbs has, so far, been excellent. From the initial phone call requesting details to the partial delivery I've received, I've been very impressed. Lindsay is an absolute pleasure to deal with & doesn't come in with the hard sell. She's clearly very knowledgeable & helped me decide on my new covers & curtains without being the slightest bit pushy and didn't rush me at all. My curtains were fitted last week & look amazing! Sofa & chairs currently away being covered & I'm expecting them back in a couple of weeks. The gentlemen who came to collect them were helpful & courteous. I am so impressed with the service I've received so far. Will update once furniture comes back, but I'm certain it'll be fantastic!!

Consultant was very pleasant when taking order but the service from Plumbs is appalling. Placed order very beginning of April - high quality high cost fabric for sofas in daily use. 9/10 weeks later covers arrived for one sofa but not the other except a pair of arm covers. A speedy delivery of the rest of the order was promised but here we are 9th July and still no sign of them. I had heard from other people of problems and did not recommend Plumbs - I now wish I’d listened to them and see similar comments below. Sadly, the quality of the first set of covers is lovely but I certainly won’t use Plumbs again or recommend them.
I asked for someone to come and tell me about their pull on covers. Someone named Steve came took my order and said someone would come to measure my sofa and chair. When she arrived she measured and told me my cover would be approx. 4 weeks. The woman was not polite when I gave her a drink.. Also I do know she never washed her hands before leaving the bathroom.. I agreed to the covers as it meant they would be ready by end October. Middle November came and my covers came. The zip on the chair cover was broken and the sofa cover had a hole in it. Was told they would repair them well before Christmas. On 20th December I got a call from Steve who said my covers were now ready. I did want the covers before Christmas. I declined them as I was going away, On returning in January I called Steve who came and said Plumbs would be in touch with me as I no longer wanted the covers. . \\Plums have now given me my money back but I will never deal with them again. I have heard from other people the trouble they have had from plumbs. Everyone be aware of Plumbs
