Tom and his team offer customer service that is second to none. They offer a very swift, professional and polite level of care. The quality of the machinery has not been overlooked either nor the selection. They are also incredibly diverse, so if it's not in stock they will not hesitate to go the extra mile & contact their sister companies to assist my enquiries. I only use them and will continue to only use them. I also had a personal problem and needed an ear to lend, they were only too happy to oblige and buy the end we were in fits of laughter.
