Very polite and professional team. All phone calls/emails were answered/returned in a timely manner and all queries promptly dealt with. Very good customer service. Floors were protected and everything cleaned and tidied away at the end of the day. Very punctual and helpful. Really pleased with the shower and vanity unit installed and plumbing works that were undertaken. I would definitely use this company again should I need their services. Thank you Dale and team.

Having worked for eight years in Quality Improvement with consultants, managers and staff at all levels from small businesses to larger companies, it was my job to be critical. As usual, I invited three quotes and engaged A Rated Bathrooms, not for price (though that was competitive) but for attitude: Dale listened to a very mixed assignment and did not try to persuade us to have what we did not want. I was prepared for some disappointments since, in the 30 years of living in Devon, we have rarely encountered punctuality by tradesmen, let alone professional high standards in every area. Dale took on and completed, with immense success, a challenging task involving renovation as well as installation in both a bathroom and a separate en suite shower room. He and his team were punctual throughout, friendly and flexible, always willing to discuss and fulfil changes if necessary and supplied knowledgeable advice and guidance whenever requested. As others have mentioned, his anti-dust preparations and standards of cleanliness were highly impressive and his attention to detail outstanding. He kept us informed throughout and worked to consistently high standards the whole time. I simply could not find fault. Dale and his team will always be, in our eyes, an extremely difficult act to follow. I have, therefore, not the slightest hesitation in recommending A Rated Bathrooms with Dale at its helm, to anyone.
A rated bathrooms did a cracking job of our utility and wetroom. fitting a walk in shower tray and tiling floors and walls with high quality products and with a top quality finnish. They are punctual, polite and hard working and I would highly recommend them for your project!
Dale has managed to turn my outdated bathroom into a beautiful, modern bathroom. Throughout the works carried out Dale maintained a professional and friendly service and it is clear that he has a good eye for detail ensuring a high standard of work and good clear communication at all times.
