I contacted Kevin a while ago about replacing my flat roof which had seen better days. I found him to be very professional and knowledgeable and he gave me the different options. We arranged a date for the work to be done and he arrived on time and set to work straight away. The work was completed to a very high standard and the area cleaned when they finished. I would have no hesitation in using Kevin again and highly recommend him to anyone.
Definitely recommend and will be using again. Kevin replaced our leaky utility room roof. He provided a competitive quote really quickly with expert advice, and got the job done as soon as the weather allowed. It was all done without mess, to a really high standard.
Living on my own and having to have my flat roof replaced, it was difficult to decide who I would contact, however after 2 other contacts, was in touch with Mr. Cross. He came promptly and gave estimate. The work was carried out swiftly and efficiently, a first class job. Mr. Cross and his Assistant were polite and thoughtful. I do not hesitate in recommending A1 Home Improvements for any improvement to any home.
I have had Fascia and Guttering work done recently my A1 Home Improvements, and found Kevin to be very helpful he has a wide range of knowledge concerning his work and as much experience. The job was completed on time and with in budget, we did get a small problem, and i gave Kevin a call and he was back the following day and sorted it. I would highly recommend Kevin for his attention to detail and quality of work at a very competitive price. We will with out doubt be using him again for other Home Improvements.
