not a happy surgery, staff are too abrupt rude and looking as if they dont care especialy the younger ones, appointment system is a joke, what about the elderly whom have no internet and no mobile phones , what about people that cant read or write or dont understand computers tablets or phones. not alot of thought into this system. iv been trying for over a month to see a doctor for me to get a referall to hospital, its a joke. very sad situation this is.

You can't even book any type of appointment for any of their Plymouth surgeries online now, despite the tab still being active on the online system. To book any kind of an appointment (doctor, nurse, HCA etc), it's the very long and repetitive \econsult\ questionnaire on the website, or phone the surgery number with a half hour wait to get through. Either way, heaven forbid you work on Dartmoor and have no phone signal! What happened? When you first took over you did so well but this is appalling!!! Oh, and if you want a short letter as supporting evidence of disability to help with your blue badge renewal - forget it! Legally they don't have to do this so they won't - despite your inability to walk far! And even if they did (they don't), it would have been 30, low income and being on an HC2 form for prescriptions or not. How about morality rather than legality?!

Shocking, repeat prescription on order direct to the pharmacy for a good few years and clearly whomever is printing the scripts cant read or dont bother looking at whats actually being requested. At least 6 times this past year items are either missing or havent even been requested! Shoddy and dangerous practice of prescribing and this is for a child!
