I was looking for an extra large ball thrower for my German shepherd, as tennis balls are too small for his large jaws. It was impossible to find a ball thrower that would incorporate a larger ball - that was until I found Active Hound. But there was such a variety that I wanted to speak to someone, so I phoned up and was assisted by a brilliant guy who gave me the measurements for each ball, so that I could see if it would be big enough. After approx ten mins I was confident I could order just the right items, made my order before 4.30pm and it arrived the next day. Happy owner and one very happy GSD. Great service
