Have informed these people numerous times concerning an elderly lady with dementia. Asked for call backs but, apart from initially complaining, never got any call backs. Not being related but only a very good friend of the lady I feel totally ignored by the case worker who I deem one of those superior beings who knows it all and feels contempt for someone who, just may, know some things she doesn't.

Oh uh umm yeah they're just bunch've sad clowns claiming to be supportive and caring for vulnerable people when in actual fact they're nothing but counterproductive and because they are such narcissistic beings they like to insult other peoples intelligence. Tut tut pathetic excuse for human beings. I just thought I'll just clarify that to you all.
