I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy! 8 weeks delivery is considered “reasonable” to this company! I am very disappointed and will never spend another penny with this absolute shambles!!

Very disappointed so far and not even received my couch yet. When I purchased the sofa, I was told it would be around 2 weeks as in stock. After I had paid, I was told it could possibly be up to 5 weeks, and that I would get a call a week before regarding delivery. Fast forward over 4 weeks and I have since been told it could be 6 weeks. But I am not holding out hopes as it is now over 5 weeks and I haven't had the "week in advance call" to arrange delivery yet. I complained on Twitter o 18th October and was ignored - I then left a complaint on facebook on 18th September (which is still there) and was also ignored. So after receiving such a poor service, I asked to cancel and get a refund, and was told in no uncertain terms that they don't do refunds. The service may be very poor, but tough, i paid, so not their problem. I'll get the couch when I get it. They have their money, and that is all they care about. Addition - on the 25th September I received a call from AHF, where they pointed out that I haven't got a leg to stand on. While the member of staff may have said 1-2 weeks, the small print said the delivery could be as long as 10 weeks. When I pointed out that I was very unhappy, it was consistently reiterated to me that I signed the document, so that is that. While I understand that legally I have no recourse, I would have hoped that there was at least some genuine regret at the misinformation given to me in store. I was not offered a single penny back, a voucher, or anything whatsoever, other than an apology, that frankly sounded utterly insincere. The lady on the phone just kept repeating - I can see your signature on the form in front of me.
